Horizontal Dash Stitch Dishcloth

Materials: 1 ball Cotton yarn, Size 6 US needles.
Directions:
Cast on 42 stitches or a Multiple of 10 plus 6 stitches.
Knit 4 rows garter stitch.
Row 1: (RS) K3, P6, *K4, P6; repeat from * to last 3 sts K3.
Row 2: K3, Purl across to last 3 sts. K3.
Row 3: Knit across
Row 4: Same as row 2
Row 5: K3, P1, *K4, P6; repeat from * to last 8 sts, K4, P1, K3.
Row 6: Same as 2
Row 7: Same as 3
Row 8: Same as 2.
Repeat these 8 rows until desired length.
Knit 4 rows garter stitch.
Bind of purlwise. weave in ends.
