Materials: 1 ball Cotton yarn, Size 4mm or 4.5mm needles, (US 6 or 7).
Rating: Medium

Directions:
Cast on 42 stitches. 3 stitches each side for border.
Knit 4 rows garter stitch
Row 1: * K1, P5, K5, P1, repeat from * across
Row 2: * K2, P4, K4, P2, repeat from * across
Row 3: * K3, P3 ,K3 ,P3, repeat from * across
Row 4: * K4, P2, K2, P4, repeat from * across
Row 5: * K5, P1, K1, P5, repeat from * across
Row 6: * K6, P6, repeat from * across
Row 7: * K5, P1, K1, P5, repeat from * across
Row 8: * K4, P2, K2, P4, repeat from * across
Row 9: * K3, P3, K3, P3, repeat from * across
Row 10: * K2, P4, K4, P2, repeat from * across
Row 11: * K1, P5, K5, P1, repeat from * across
Row 12: * P6, K6, repeat from * across

Repeat these 12 rows to desired length.
Work 4 Rows garter stitch. Cast off and weave in ends
