Ch 5, join to form a ring
Rnd 1:
Ch 3(count as first dc, now and throughout), 11 dc in ring, join with sl st to beg ch-3 (12 dc).
Rnd 2:
Ch 3, 2 dc in each dc around, join. (24 dc)
Rnd 3:
Repeat rnd 2. ( 48 dc).
Rnd 4:
Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, * ch 5, sk 3 dc, sc in dc** , rep from * repear * to ** around, join in beginning sc. ( 12 ch5 loops).
Rnd 5:
Ch 6, trc in same st as joining, ch 2, * sc in ch5, ch 2, (trc, ch2, trc) in sc, ch 2 ** repeat from * to ** around, join in 4th ch of beginning ch6.
Rnd 6:
Sl st in ch2 sp, ch3, dc in same space but at the right of first dc (X-stitch made), ch1, * x-stitch in each space, ch1 ** repeat from * to ** around, join.
Rnd 7:
Ch 1, sc between the 2 dc (inside the X), * ch3, dc in same space, sc between next 2 dc (inside X) ** repeat from * to ** around, join in first sc.
finish off, weave in ends.
